The 243's will lower CR and you will lose a bit of bottom end torque as a result UNLESS they are milled down a bit to decrease the larger (than 5.3L) combustion chamber. Also for an NA application you would want a lager cam to take more advantage of the heads you just spent a ton of cash on. Then you'd need to swap intake manifold to take advantage of the cam, heads....you get my drift.
What other mods do you have?
I wouldn't worry about heads until you've got all the basic bolt ons (including cam) done. Just my opinion.

They have been milled .055 and they come with custom 7.300 pushrods.

the bowls have been CNC machined; the runners and around the valve stems have been hand ported.

compression ratio on a 5.3---- 10.66:1 and that is with a stock 6.0 gasket at .054 thickness. They are 57cc combustion chambers.

Then you should get a nice bump up with them. I'd still rethink the cam.
