yup...what model 5.3 u have? if its a 07 nnbs ull hve to buy a diff. cam sprocket but if its 06 older ull be fine...

2003, well if u do a cam swap youll be alright with the stock cam gear. But ull need springs and pushrods, The stock pushrods are weak and can bend, you dont want that. 7.400 should be the length pushrod u will need but you better make sure with that model.

Just finished my cam swap to a 216/220 .560 .560 lift 114lsa and it couldnt have went any better. Love the sound if it anyway... i had to use a LS2 cam sprocket GM part number#12586481 becuase the nnbs 5.3 use a single cam bolt setup. Will post pictures and sound clip soon.
