Default i want a lobey good sounding truck

im building my 2000 single cab silverado right now at my work. we are shaving it and bagging and body dropping it.

but i want to put a nmice lopey cam in it and long tubes and true duals most likely...anyone know wut cam springs etc to get? i can get comp and crane cheap if anyone has a part number or something
also what kinda power could i get from this and waht all needs done? the motor and tranny have like 7k miles on em and tranny is beefed up some but im sure will need a stall. also rear end is brand new.

its the 5.3 auto

your on the right track get the air in and out quicker, You will need a higher stall for a big cam and might as well do a shift kit, intake and youll need computer tuning also

6L heads flow better but will drop your compression ratio I beleive. You could get 50-60hp with good tuning. Im doing a 6L swap heads cam and lt headers and I am expecting around 80-90hp. Pacesetter lt's are suppose to be good for about 20hp by themselves and usually depending on how big you go you can get about 30ish hp from the cam. Nelson gets high 20hp from his tune alone.

so the 6l heads would be good for FI applications but wouldnt be very good for a N20 application. Was thinking of checkin on putting some 6l heads on.

Well The Cam You Are Looking At You Will Need A Tq Converter In A 5.3
AND TO GET 320 TO 350 HP YOU NEED TO DO MORE THAN CAM AND EXHAUST
I HAVE EVERY BOLT ON POSSIBLE AND I ANT AT 350 HP YET
