Default Idle adjustment

Ok done with cam swap the truck needs idle adjustment. I already read the little how to with the tb set screw. But which way do you turn it to open the throttle blade. Clockwise or counter clockwise. Also which plug is the throttle position sensor the top or the bottom? I tried unplugging both but id just like to know which one.

Clockwise or turned in should open the blade. The TPS is the lower plug on the TB IAC is at the top.
