ya that is true, or so i have heard... Add a new MAF to your list too...

I am not trying to be a dick or anything.... It is jsut kinda painful reading your threads over and over again... And once again 880mv is not 12.0 AFR or anywhere close it is more like 13.0....

It's barely a modded motor, that's why I figured it should run just fine on the stock tune. People on tech noted that when they added heads it ran just fine on the prior tune, albeit the AFR did go up a tad.

The wideband is definitely a good idea, I'd listen to Corey on this one. Get the catch can too, just to keep the oil out of your intake and combution chambers...as I've mentioned to you I think they should come with one from the factory lol. But the first thing I'd do, if the O2 readings are going lean, is get a mechanical fuel pressure gauge, the universal ones that screw into the fitting on the fuel rail are pretty cheap...check out thetoolwarehouse dot net, I buy a lot of tools from there at great prices. Good luck Michael, I'm sure that when you figure it out you'll probably say "why didn't I think of that first?!"

Oh yea, I hate descreened MAF's, everything I've heard has been negative, and I've heard that they can make tuning a bitch...can you go speed density for the time being? (I'm a noob with tuning, so if that's a stupid question, forgive me)

You can barely fit the gauge up through the cowl, and keep the hood latched in the popped position (I put a zip tie on it just to be safe).

Why don't you try loading in a bone stock LQ9 tune, just for ***** and giggles. It probably won't even be close, but it'd be worth a shot.
