Me either thats why I asked these questions and read for hours on here all the time....then when I go to sleep at night I have nightmares of all these numbers

thats what I had in my ecsb z71 (in sig), and it worked great, mine was a 212/218 .55x/.56x 114lsa, I did not loose any bottom end, it is a perfect match for a heavy *** truck and a 5.3, I would highly recommended it for the avalanches... the lope you can barely hear, but it is noticable, if you want more lope out of it, I would make a custom grind, with the same specs except make it on a 112lsa... thats my .02
