GM made a 305" motor for a long time... my buds 1995 truck had one. Probably ~4" bore and a ~3.05" stroke

Allen, I have a complete wire harness from a 2003 6 liter HD truck if you are interested. Also have the PCM, but you may not need that.

well i knew they had the 305, but why would it still be on the newer pcms?

I am intersted in the harness. How much are you asking? I am doing the same swap in my 02' from what I have read up on the 4.3 has the same mounts as the ls1 based motors also.

Because the old style 5.0 and 5.7 was still in use up thru 2002 on the full size van!! So when they went across the board in 01 with the LS1 PCM it included both of those old style central port injection (CPI) engines.

I looked at a 2001 work van last week that had the 5.0 in it! Just when you think these engines are long gone, you see some weird application still using it.
