I have read through this and some others, but I am still have some problems. How do you disconnect the supply and return lines? I figure if I can get the assembly out of the truck it will be easier to get the injectors out. I have disconnected a lot of stuff in hopes to keep the assembly in the truck and get the injectors out, but so far I have only got one out. Man is that fuel cold lol.

You have to get a disconnect tool set from say Oreilly or something. Otherwise they are a bitch to get loose.

Theres also a pressure release looks like a tire valve stem
dont know if that was mentioned yet or not

There wasnt much pressure on mine but I released it anyways
