IIRC, your TBI fuel system runs at around 16-18 psi. Certainly not enough pressure to heat the fuel.

But what does this have to do with my application? I have a return style fuel system and a wet flow intake.

I run 50 psi on mine. Late model 454 throttle body ran at 30 psi as it was because it had smaller 46 pound injectors in it then I needed more fuel on top of that so 50 psi it is.

I had to put one on my car. Withe the blower and the fuel rails running on top of the blower and it being a loop. The fuel got real hot to the point of shutting down the car. The gas tank was hot to the touch. I did two things. First I took a large trans cooler and put a fan on it "As most of the heating was from setting or just after a few hard pass" I put it on the return line as less pressure just before it went in to the tank. Then I put in a pump management system to slow the pump down at idle as not to keep pumping the fuel so fast at idle. I run at 75psi. Making just over 900hp.
