Most problems come from over porting, blade removal/reinstall, knife edging etc. Things that were permisable on the older drive by cable TB's are not liked by the DBW units. I've done a lot of the TB's for cars and trucks and never have issues. Most vehicles do not gain power at full throttle, but they feel great in all those positions you drive normally.

I have a ported 87mm for sale in the classifieds. Works great and a great price.

you can also get a 09+ 87 mm tb.. they dont have that hump in the front...
