Default installed cutouts today

went to the exhaust shop and had them welded in about 4 inches behind the headers, dual cutouts, it sounds MEAN with the cam and idle sounds like a damn stock car, but once i got on the road it lost a TON of low end power with them open. i figured it would atleast be about the same as running through full exhaust but it definatly lost some low end....driving conditions suck here today so i couldn't really get any high end pulls with it. i will later though.

I think these are manual cutouts with caps. Mine are. They have 3 wing nuts holding them on.

TeX.have you gteched with the cutouts open and then closed?Since we know what you can do at the track open,it would be interesting to know if you picked up more ET with them closed do to the tune.

How about your injectors, what are you running and how much do you think they helped you?
