installed TR6's, now bad idle.
i had the TR55's in there before with the blower and it was fine, so i figured i would go to the 6's since they are for FI motors.
i already checked all my wires, and they are good. ive changed my plugs before with no problems. help.

You didn't happen to crack an insulator did you?
You'd know for sure if you took your truck for a drive it'd run like pure crap... but if it's idling and "puffing and putting" out the exhaust... that might be the case.
I cracked one when installing mine. I had a broken arm at the time, so I was only one handed which made putting leverage on the things pretty hard. I had to go back and feel all the insulators to see which one I messed up on.

check your wires and boots and you might have not got a boot on all the way believe me in the shop here we get alot of those.here we also have alot of wires that go bad when we change plugs and get bad new ones whole lot of possibilities try to drive it past 65 if it is a boot or wire you will get a ses light and it will go no faster it will just die at 65.

Ive used TR6's since the Radix went in and its always been fine, must be wire related......how bad is it shaking? They do have a bit more of a rough idle than stock or TR55 plugs.

this is seriously nasty in reverse though... did you gap them, or just put them in, since they are pre-gapped at .035 supposedly?
