actually I have that green one even though I did have to pull it out of the oem manifold. The o-ring I seem to be missing is a magnacharger supplied o-ring. No matter, the parts list had the number and I grabbed one from work.

Is it the one that goes between the fuel block and the rail?

yes that's the one flyer

well the job is done, truck is up and running with no codes miraculously. Runs like a raped ape but I'll definitely benefit from an updated tune. The superchips isn't as bad as expected though. Some observations and questions:

- magnacharger really needs to update the instructions, for one thing there is no mention of the hose that runs from the fuel pressure regulator to the new manifold. Had to come here and find the info. And the alternator reinstall is listed AFTER the belt install. There are a couple others as well.

- I would recommend a hoist for anyone installing that beast into a 4x4, there's just not enough leverage to 'gently' set that thing in there even for 2 guys. I did it by myself but i'm not sure how.

- I broke a retaining clip for one of the fuel injector wiring, can these be had individually?

- I'm looking forward to installing the upgraded heat exchanger and a smaller pulley in the near future ; )

thanks for all the help

Sounds like you did a great job! If you just purchased the kit, the newer Heat Exchanger is included. The retaining clip on the injector is not a huge deal, they may be available at the dealer........If not, I may have one, let me know. I will make a note of the error in the instructions and forward it to the proper people. Remember, if you change the tune / pulley you risk the warranty being voided and possible SMOG issues.

If your talking about the plastic piece that slips down into the injector plug after you've plugged it in, I have a few of those. PM me your address and I'll send you one. The dealer doesn't sell just those clips and the entire connector is $25, I think. Don't ask me how I know that. A piece of tape should hold it firm until you get it.

Congrats on the install! Wait until you feel how better tuning will make it.

3. Can I use my volant filter and box or should I just stick with the stock? Not a big deal but just curious.

wish me luck

i want a radix

Sweet .. I bet that was a real PITA to get done by yourself.

I wouldn't worry much with that clip. I've run without one for some time now and haven't had it come off yet. It fell down and touched the header. It got a little mutated beyond use.
