Default intake air temp sensor (Help.....)

I am trying to hook up a mod to my IAT sensor but I can't locate where it is. Can you help me? (2003 GMC sierra 2500HD 6.0L) Is my mass air sensor a combination IAT and Mass air sensor?

Thanks,
