I haven't had it tuned yet. The driving better is mainly from the lunging. Example would be as pulling up to a red light and then it turns green before you get there so you start accelerating again, there was a delay and a little lunge. Could have been the tune that was causing it. I just figured it was a side effect of doing a cam, I haven't had any other trucks to compare it too that have been cammed. But without a tune on it, the two porting of the manifold and TB fixed it.

Seriously ? Aftermarket Throttle body and manifold porting improved driveability ?
you should buy lottery tickets man, or go to Vegas and bet heavily.
