On the Intercooled kenne bell setup the charger is still the same. Air exits the same it just has a different elbow that fits up to the outlet rather then the short rubber fitting that hooks the charger to the 90 degree elbow on the intake. www.kennebell.net there is a pic on there front page. The intercooler can be mounted to any previous kenne bell being that they did not change the supercharger.

That's gross misuse of my work

Save yourself some parts/time and have Brett make you a plate that outlets to the passenger's side of the engine bay. (right side) Then you don't have to worry about manifold, radiator outlet, alternator height.

There are some awesome deals on ebay for air to air intercoolers. Just do a seach and type in Intercooler. The prices start at about $150 and go up. I decided to go with a water to air intercooler but there alittle more.

Yeah, I checked ebay, just wondering about the quality really. They do have some good prices, and have spearco, etc. I figured I would go with a similar size core 24x12x3(or 4), but they are 30.5" wide, which would mean I would have to make new piping. If you do yours before me let me know how it works out.

I'll keep you guys posted on the progress on my air to water setup. Think Justin/Yellow is going to have me do his at the same time. If anyone in this thread is serious about buying this and wants to help cut cost by me building multiple kits at once please e-mail me at metalmanfab@gmail.com. The more people I can lock in the better the price will be for all.

Thanks for the good word Ryan, haven't seen or heard from you forever. I still have those t-bolt clamps you wanted. Did you ever take some new pics of your setup after I got it polished? You guys have to see his truck now, it's very BLING.
