Now I will be getting them tomorrow. I asked the shop that order them for me how much to install he said $500 and if i want 3 year warranty in case a bolt or gasket goes bad. It would be another $100, I asked if thats the best they can do he dropped the price to 460 install and plus the 100 if i want warranty.

Is the 460-500 quote too much ?

Thanks in advance .

Way too simple for that price man. Here's what I do: I used liquid wrench, hose down the stock manifold bolts while the motor is warm, not hot but warm. Then get under the truck and hose the 3 mani bolts where the y pipe meets it, I mean hose. Let that sit. Get a 13mm gear wrench or 10mm (depending on year model) and take the bolts off the head, there's 6 per side. Also take the 15mm for the oil dipstick tube off, pull the dipstick out and then pop the dipstick tube out. If u try and pull the tube out with the dipstick in, your starter will eat it ( ask me how I know  ) then get under the truck with at least 2 feet of extensions and a pull bar, the longer the better, and a deep weld 15mm. Put some *** into breaking the bolts Loose but they will come. Then just reinstall. Takes about an hour to an hour and a half your first time. Good luck!
