Default Jeep Sway Bars/bushings

I am hoping someone may be able to help me. You guys have helped me a lot on my '02 silverado.

My wife's truck and 2000 Jeep Grand Cher. Ltd. The rear sway bar bushing are toast. Is it hard to replace them for one. and how much would you think it would cost to get replaced. If you have any suggestions on kind or replacments that would also help. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm pretty sure it should slide loose. If not, then it's one big assembly. If it is a big thing, it will more than likely come assembled and you just have to bolt it on.
