of course not slow, I just pointing out I don't think the gibbs truck is special even in the performance since it cost so much $$. If you ever get a free Radix you can send it my way for the VHO

Thanks for all the info. As good as those Gibbs wheels look, I'm going to pass. They had an introductory special for them in Autoweek for $1600 for the wheels/tires.
As far as the blower goes, as nice as it sounds, I'd rather do a head/cam package on my C5 for the same money and get deep into the 11's. Running a blower on a heavy truck would just require tranny work sooner rather than later. Before you know it, the $$$ starts piling up really fast.

The 65E has been holding up pretty well for most of the SS truck guys with blowers. Of course if you thrash it, it won't last. But mine has given some nice 4 wheel burnouts without problems so far.

Cool the Gibbs trucks are cool but over priced IMO. I like my truck and im fixing to add the addition of another fbody. SO we will see how towing goes. Welcome to the site!!
