Just bought a 2004 1500 with the 345hp LS6?

Kinda off topic but since we are but arent talking about the LS6 in a truck!-lol!
What ever happened to that guy that said he was buying a LS6 off of a doctor that wanted more engine for his 2004 Z06(LMMFAO) and the motor only had liek 2k miles on it? Did he ever post back after he got sniffed out of the BS?
Oh yeah sweet truck and although that has the ability to be a super sleeper I would have a hard time shedding its birthmark right away. Put some stock tahoe or z71 rims on that badboy and go Hemi hunting!

Final '04 production number for 2004 is 957 trucks. That is the total across both lines (Silverado & Sierra). The belief is that there are less than 400 of the Sierras on the road, perhaps less than 300. This is why I'm apprehensive to debadge or cut the grill (I could buy another one, I guess).

If you mod it at all, I would be sure to do stuff that is easily reversible, or buy replacement parts to mod and store the originals. You have a very rare and potentially valuable rig there. Just look at the prices of the big block C-10s! There aren't very many late model trucks that are truly rare, so be wise in your modding!!!

All the internals you can do whatever with but in my opinion the really only thing that sets that truck apart from the others from the outside is that badge and the GM 20's(Ive seen non VHO trucks with). If you do debadge make sure you store that **** in a good place because it can go back on very easily! Hell the I still to this day havent seen the Sierra version(except on internet) and they made less of those than the Silvy
