Just installed 6.0, getting misfire/flashing SES light.

I'd say you're problems are due to the open headers. How come you haven't bolted up the OBX y pipe?
The headers I got are the ones that are essentially stainless Pacesetters (EGR port, 3" slip-fit collectors, same pipe routing), and they didn't come with a Y. I'm going to a buddy's house tomorrow to modify the stock Y.

If that's the case just buy a Pacesetter Y pipe. It should bolt right up since those headers are copies of pacesetters

If it were a cracked plug though, it wouldn't be RPM dependent, would it?

Eh, cutting/welding up the stock Y is cheaper, and I want to run cats.

I had a cracked plug that would drive fine until higher rpms and it would start popping.

Hm... That'll be the next thing I check after the exhaust is straightened out.

And I might as well ask you too, when you did your swap, did you need to get a CASE/crank relearn done?

Exhaust is on, misfire is gone, and everything is perfect. Well, except for the oil leak from behind the oil cooler block off plate. Yes, I forgot the gasket.
