I bought a SC from these guys because after a lot of research I thought this would be a good idea. Boy was I wrong. I spent $4500.00 not including the labor to put it on. They sent me a great SC the problem with them is their customer service and on their web sight where it says tech support it says "pre sales tech support." Here are the problems I have with these people and their product first the cold air induction tube doesn't line up correct this is a 2 piece setup that is joined in the middle by an accordian type bellows that collapses because it hits the water bottle and their solution to this is to tie it over to keep it aligned so you get flow. When I brought this to their attention they said well we don't have a fix for this yet and there is nothing we can do about it. So I am imbarassed to open my hood and show anyone. Second is the tune they screwed it up so now I am detonating at high RPM's and had to ship the PCM back to them to retune, meanwhile my truck is down and I am walking. If any of you are considering a SC as long as you have drive by wire you wont have the intake problems I have if not look into any other type. I will post a picture of this in just a little bit.

the only problem with that review is that YOU DO NOT GET THE PROGRAMMER like they advertise. That is a crock of ****. With the problems I have had and them not lifting a finger to solve the problem I can not reccomend them to any one.

So I finally get them to retune the PCM. However I did have to pay for shipping even after they said at no cost to me. They (James) said if it was there by noon they would have it back to me the next day and this is the next day and I have nothing and it is 5:38PM CST.

O kay I got the PCM this morning not bad for FedEX. Put it back in and I am still getting detonation at 5200 rpm instead of 4200, and it's not as loud. I guess i'm just nitpicking but I knoe detonation will destroy my engine. You guys have any ideas???????????
