Default kenne bell piggyback replacment for whipple

I called kenne bell, they have a kit with the bigger marine 44lb, injectors with a new program for the stock ecm, it gets rid of whipplecomputer and wet flow secondary injectors, the cost is 699. they say its clean out the tailpiple and adds a lot of power and driveability to the whipple kit.Its on ther web site. but you have to call to get the price.

Sounds sweet if you have a Whipple. If Kenne Bell says its good, I believe them. They have lightnings running low 10s, so they know SC power.

The KB's also come with an electronic bypass, so I imagine that they are controlled the same way and can control the Whipples with their programming...

That is a fair price, whipple would have charged double that amount.

Can you get some "special" tuning from them? Like turning off codes, adjusting shiftpoints, gears, etc...

I do not know about special tuning. kenne bell called me back yesterday, they are thinking about using my truck to do the uninstall whipple install their new injectors and program instruction guide from. they said it would be in a week or two if they can get it okd.I ran a 14.12 on wrangler 265/70/17 escalade rims and tires full street legal. this weekend I will try my drag radials 255/50/16 maybe I can eke a high 13 even a 13.99 would stoke me. Then when i change to kenne bell system upgrade I will have a true comparison after dialing in and testing both setups.

I allready asked whipple how to get past it. You have to unhook the boost vacumn, then plug it off. Unplug the electric soleniod. Be sure to leave the vacumn line hooked up to the bypass diaphram.
