Thats a goram rod about to put a hole in the side of the block.

If it was a ring land it wouldn’t knock. It’d run like **** but wouldn’t knock.

Next time put the smoke in the tail pipes. And it sounds like your beating on a pan, the ring is too high need to dull it down a little. Just my take on it
