Default last exhaust question (hopefully)

ok stupid questions will be following this sentence

so im this close to finally getting my exhaust done. Pacesetters on their way. Getting Magnflow HF Cats 94606, Muffler 12568, and Tips 35163. True Dual 2.5" exhaust.
I will be installing the headers myself. Wondering what are the manifold, manifold sheild, and collector bolt sizes?
Im getting Stage 8 bolts from Thunder, is 114-8900 the correct ones to get? Should I put anti-seize on them?
Should I try and reuse the gaskets or buy some new stock ones? What type of sealant do you put on the gasket? Both sides?
I know to install driver from the top and passenger from the bottom. Also unbolt the steering shaft to help get that outta the way.
I will be driving about 30min to the exhaust shop with just headers. It shouldnt hurt anything

Anything else let me know
