Default lifter tick?

needs some input on what you guys think this noise is, sounds like a ticking lifter coming from cylinder 5 or 7.

I've seen LS7 lifters flat spot on the roller and cause problems. I've only seen it with big cams and a lot of spring pressure.

I agree. LS7's are a good lifter. Did you pull the valve cover off and check the rockers yet?

i didnt have time to check anything over yet.

im going to pull the valve cover off tonight and check the rockers.

if they look fine i guess ill be pulling the heads off and replacing the lifters
