The 121 LSA is the highest Ive seen. This should prevent bleed off of boost at higher RPM. Not sure about the 230 exhaust duration. What do you think?

straight from the horses mouth:

"If you have a Magnacharger, I would look more towards the GT7 camshaft. It will make nice power all the way past 6000 RPM. It would be very suitable for a daily driven vehicle with near stock idle quality."

For a roots charger it would probably be cool, but I wouldnt do it with a centrifugal. The 212/218 I just installed makes sick lowend and crazy power throughout!! And it seems to tear up tensioners like nobody's business

The term "sick lowend and crazy power throughout" just about makes my decision easy. Do you think the GT7 is Comparable?

Im no expert on cams by any means, but the 212/218 is awesome! With the Vortech my truck has always lacked lowend, but the cam made a huge difference and if you do a search I doubt you'd find anyone with a complaint about that cam. The Lingenfelter looks like a totally different profile to me, I would think it would be more comparable to the Z06 cam but that is just looking at numbers that I dont understand

Thanks

I definitely want to get either one.

Anybody else have feedback!

Default Gt7

It should have idle characteristics close to that of a '02+ Z06. My pop has an '03. I think they have a nice little lope to them, even with full exhaust...but it depends what you are looking for.

I read that quote that Grip referred to, but I'm somewhat confused. These root style blowers make so much low end power. What would be the point of a 6200peak/6500shift? I'd think to keep the camshaft small with modified valve events, good overlap, efficient exhaust and you'd have a killer setup. Keep the shifts below 6000.
Anyone disagree? Please feel free to chime in.

How much boost are you making?

Grip,

Who wrote that quote, and how can I get in touch with him/her?

Im looking at 10psi boost with my KB supercharger. Im now torn between the GT7 208/230 and the Comp 212/218. I see the benefit of both. The recommendations seem to lean towards the Comp Cam.
