Purchase the Breslin locking header bolts through Summit like I did! 
I purchased the polished stainless steel ones.
Here's some info straight off Breslin's web-site:
www.go-breslin.com
Summit sells them cheaper than what they go for straight from the manufacturer.
Best locking header bolt I've seen!
Here's is what you need, 12: 8mm X 25mm, Part# 608-026
