Default Long Tube Headers

Are ASM's CA smog/CARB approved? Who are the other long tube header manufacturers? Are they true long tube headers or mid-length. I've heard that ASM are true long tube but The Other Guys, Hamm, and LaPole are really mid-length?

Give me your $.02. Thanks!
