Ok, so I was wrong. Way wrong. It isn't my balancer that came loose, it was the additional pulley, supplied by whipple, not a GM part, that keeps coming loose. I just wasted $130 on a harmonic balancer. The parts guy wouldn't take it back because it was a special order. I almost punched him in the face. So, I just ordered a new pulley from whipple. Another $150. This truck is gonna be the death of me.

My crank on my 5.3 looked just like that and the Magnacharger pinning kit with a new pulley fixed the problem.

i'm thinking about the pinning kit. Just saw the magnacharger part number in another post. I think that's another $100+ but maybe it's worth it.
