K&N air filter, long tube headers, the magnaflow and a good tune may get you as much as 50 rwhp and similar torque if you're willing to run premium gas all the time.
Gears would probably help, too. Next step might be a cam like a Comp 206/212 but that would mean "getting into the engine."
