I would go with smaller then the tr220 in a tahoe...
The circle D 3200 is a good budget converter.

What style of supercharger? Tire/rim package vs gear ratio? I'm guessing u won't need that aggressive of a tc with a blower

Possibly getting a p-1sc procharger, but not 100% sure. Currently have 22" rims with 285/50 Nitto 420's and stock 3.73 gears.

Anyone have any experience with the circle d high performance vs the pro performance tc's?

Well I bought the procharger kit, picked up the built trans, and will be getting a Pro Series 258MM 3400 stall single disk converter as suggested by chris from circle D. Just down to figuring out what cam package I should get...
