Default looking for a good machine shop for head work

ok first, i got a set of 862 heads for......free....!!
long story but I was wondering If anyone knows a good machine shop that could open them up, with bigger valves ect... in the dfw area or texas for that matter? I want more out of the 5.3, and I want it stealthy. so I want to send the heads off for work and find a z06 or equal cam, and r&r it all at the same time, so I am down a half day.

also, what all should be done, or what work should I ask for?

any advice, comments that are good or bad, or whatever, is welcome.

thanks

I know they're not in Tejas, but you could try calling WCCH, a sponsor at the right>>>> . I have read of many a truck on this site that have good luck with their heads.

The closest person around here is Lloyd Elliott. Hes in Red Oak. He did the heads that are on my motor right now. He hand ports and can machine for larger valves and can flow test them for ya... He always makes good power especially for the price... PM me and i can give ya his number.

WCCH is the only place I'd trust sending my heads. Not because other shops can't shave heads or Port vavles etc... but because the quality of work, craftsmanship and knowledge coming out of the shop is second to none.
