There was a thread a long time ago about a inline pump installation... i just wanted to have a guide when i do it. I was uping the injectors and just wanted to up the pump as well without doing a intake setup.

i couldnt find it... but if someone can that would help or if someone has done it before, fill me in. Thanks

May or not help....but here's a link to the Magnacharger manual for the 99-02 install. In there is a few pages and pics on installing their in line fuel pump. I'm sure they are all quite similar on installing. Looks pretty easy.

Hey did you ever do this yet?? I was just about to do mine tonight and looked up under there...and....dammit...metal fuel lines.....

My new inline Walbro 255lPH has connections included for an in line install into rubber lines. So now I'm wondering as you....uhhhhh do we cut the metal lines and get 3/8" rubber fuel line to splice in the pump??

Wonder what size adapter fitting they use to splice the in line pump into the fuel line. With that fitting...all you need is about a foot of rubber fuel line. Most in line pumps come with 2 fittings to splice into a 3/8" rubber line.

when i put my pump in..i just made it to where it was all functional not for looks..where the stock fuel filter is i took that out. just had a hose from the feed line go to the pump and have another hose from there to a wix 33033 inline fuel filter and from there with another hose back to the fuel line..simple, cheap, fast, and very easy..and i had hose clamps on all the connections, with the wiring i just tapped into the factory wiring harness for the fuel pump, right on the other side of the frame rail..just take a volt meter and just start poking through wires as some one is turning the key on and off and when you find a wire that the voltage drops as the stock intank fuel pump quits..thats your wire
