Single 3" is perfect for a 5.3, even in stock form...

Ditch the Flowmaster and get a nice Magnaflow or something like that...

Flows are raspy.. switch up the muff if you don't like it...

I would go with a single 3" exhaust and a tune.. It will make a world of difference. True duals aren't worth a **** if you aren't over like 600hp imo. I've just had a lot better luck with single exhaust. Atleast you have 2.5" pipe but I would still rather have just a single 3" and it will support up to 500rwhp
