Question loss of power

i got an 03' silverado and recently put an 80MM BBK TB on it along with a TB spacer and CAI, the problem is when i put it to the floor i get a reduced engine power at about 4500-5000 rpms and when i check the code it says throttle module input. What could be the reason behind that, some say it could be my throttle position sensor or just the TB itself, if someone could help me out i'd appreciate it. it has a 5.3 also.

When i first got my BBK T/B i lost a .5 in the 1/4 due to no tunning for it, also with the T/B space your blocking alot of air that you have opened up with the 80mm. One of them is going to have to go. I gained 10rwhp with the BBK after tunning for it.

i took off the spacer and i am still getting a reduced engine power, i took it to the dealership and they are now saying that it could be one of the many sensors within the throttle, they said the main ones that could cause the problem are the three in the pedal so i dont know, if you know anything let me know please...
