If you insist on having a muffler to be loud, then the SLP Loudmouth is your Huckleberry. It's crazy loud!!

If you just amputate the muffler, it'll be louder than having any muffler.

Those neighbors of yours' in those nice big houses ain't gonna like you coming home at 3am with open headers!
But to hell with'em, I'm sure they do things you don't like.

not sure on loudest muffler but a SLP LM1 is very loud and its a resonator.

loudest isnt in relation to fast remember that. also too loud gets old. also if its too loud the neighbor can cause you alot of headaches. do yourself a favor and rethink alittle.

get something good sounding that does have some volume. rasp is not a good sound

also a built motor with a quieter muffler is louder then a stock motor with a loud muffler. compression and big cam make the sound

if i were you i'd just get a decently loud muffler put on, then put in a cut out. that way you can have it sort of loud, but flip the switch and it's basically open headers.

I've got an SLP LM 1 on my 07 4.8 turned down before the axle and its loud, with just my stock manifolds and catted y-pipe. Louder than any other just muffler swap I've done, but sounds damn good IMO.

Sadly its not nearly as loud on my Z28 as it is on the truck.
