Lpp headers/ory installed, lots of pics!!!

I have to agree about the clearance. In my mind, a properly designed header will have ample room so no part of the truck contacts the header at any time. The thickness of a CC is not enough room. Between the flex in the motor mounts and the body, there will be something hitting the headers and you may end up with some unwanted damage.

for some reaosn the front driveshaft in my truck turns all the time, even in 2wd. and I have had zero clearance issues. with the position of the header, and the way a motor twists when it torque's up, the clearance would only be larger. I've dogged the **** outta my truck for the past couple of days to test it out, and have only come up with smiles.
even with the spirited driving that I've been doing, I've calculated .5mpg better fuel economy with mixed driving (about 30% highway, 70%city)

+1 for IFS, where ever the driveshaft sits standing still, is where it is when your truck is in full droop, or full compression, the only time it moves, is when it rotates.

I have the OBX long tubes on my 02 Z and i have had absolutely no rubbing issues at all. Whether I was in the mud with my boggers in 4lo or launching on the street in 4hi. I am very happy with my OBX LTs

Your about the only one then. I have OBX's that didn't fit past the front driveshaft and almost everyone else I know of that has them had to make a hammer adjustment to keep them from rattling on the passenger side frame.
