That depends entirely on the rest of your exhaust system

True. I got rid of the resonance in mine by taking off about 18" from my stock tailpipe. ...that, and getting a 22" Magnaflow, haha. But on long trips, in cab resonance gives me a headache.

I've got a set of LPP's sitting in my living room right now.

the y-pipe on mine doesn't seem to fit worth a F*ck either.. the parts where the y-pipe slips over the collectors is a no-go on both sides of mine.. I think both pipes are just slightly out of round causing the interference tho.

I also said to hell with the u-bolt clamps, whether they're stainless or not. my truck has a 4L60e with a 100k on it, so I'm inevitably gonna have to drop it some day.
can anyone give me a heads up about front driveshaft/ differential clearance for the driver's header?

I'm putting these babie's on friday after work, when it's all said and done, I'll have all kinds of pics posted up here and on fsc to show how they fit, especially around the front driveshaft. most all LT installs I've seen seem to lack info in this department. for some it's not a problem (2wd guys obviously) but a lot of 4wd guys are left out in the cold.

That would be awesome! I also have the 4wd dilemma when considering buying these, so it would be great to see pics of how they fit with the front driveshaft. Best of luck with the install

I'd go with OBX over LPP, but that's just me simply because its a direct copy of the dynatech system. Overall which brand you go with really doesnt matter. The single most important thing is to get stainless.

well, unless you're willing to pay the money for Dynatechs or ARH headers, there has to be compromises. With the OBX's it's the hump, with the LPP's it's the fitment and slip fit (imo) and with the pacesetters its the crap ceramic coating.
