Its the top of the Y pipe right before mounting flange to the header. I was going to but it was the best angle for being able to install and uninstall the sensor when the exhaust is mounted in the truck.

You want it as close to the engine as possible, pick a side, doesnt matter, but DO NOT put it 12 feet back at the merge "so it can see both banks". You want it close to the engine to capture data quickly, you always have the other stock O2 sensor looking at the other side so you wont miss anything.

I used new OEM intake and exhuast manifold gasket and torqued it all to spec. The 8.1l injectors im running were used but I used them in the past and they were working fine. I bought the 30-0300 x series Aem wideband. It says it doesn't need calibration.
So should I snug down my bolts more? So if the y pipe to headers has a leak it can cause this problem? Is best way to test injector to just swap them around?
