Default LQ4 cam question

I dropped an lq4 in my truck a while back. It has a Nelson tune with 42# injectors intake and a true duel exhaust. It has 3.73 in both the rear and front. Recently I came upon some l92 heads and a l76 intake. Question is what cam do you suggest? I've been told to go with a TSP 225/230 112 lsa cam. Any one have a better suggestion or a difference of opinion. Also suggestions of milling .030. Don't know weather I should or not. This truck is a DD ECSB that sees the track once in a while. I'd like kinda a loopy cam With good sound. Thanks in advance...

That is a nice cam but the question is what size converter will you be running?
