Default ls edit gurus P0172 and P0175

I posted earlier about truck not starting. reloaded program and found open loop fuel multipliers had migrated. drove it this afternoon and SES light cam on with P0172 AND P0175. Any thoughts?
check MAF and its clean . PCV looked fine. do
