LS1 FANS
ANYBODY HAVE ANY DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL THESE FANS ON A 4.8L 01 TRUCK. FOUND ONE AT A JUNK YARD SO I'M PROBABLY GOING TO GET THEM THIS WEEKEND. THANKS FOR THE HELP.

I'd recommend getting a Flexalite VSC to control them. I think it's like $75 from jegs. It makes for a nice clean installation and wiring it up is a breeze.
I don't have LS1 fans but, the VSC should work for any fan setup.

yea the vsc will make for a clean install. i'm still waiting on getting my fans put in. trying to find the right timing with a buddie of mine that has done it before. not sure when you are doing your install but when i do mine i'll post some tips for you.

i'll be wait'in for those tips goshawk23. going to have to scrounge up the money for the vcs now so it'll be a week or two before it happens.got two junk yards as prospects. one says they'll give them to me for a 100 bucks the other says 75. we'll see this week who turns up what i want.
