The Nelson harness is wired like this:

My wiring harness did not work 100% when I installed it either. When the relays were plugged into relay holder it had pushed out the lug for the PCM input. Worked when I first tested it during the install then didn't when I got finished. No biggie I found it quickly. Looks like there are some quality control issues with these harnesses.

Guys don't get me wrong I am not knocking anyone. I am very grateful and happy with my harness. It is well made with quality components and will perform for a long time. There is no doubt in my mind it will be made right for Dub Silverado, but in my case and this one it did not work out of the box. I was lucky enough to be able to fix it with no problems. Dub has not been so lucky.

You are right the wiring diagram above shows 2 pcm outputs. #17 being a 12V AC command out. It is not correct. The rest is representative. I think I have the other/correct one that I will put up if I can find it.
