i have done a search and really didnt get what i wanted so what are the differences between the two? and is there a power difference? and will the nelson harness work on the lt1 fans?(the site says the ls1 fans harness)

They are the same thing. Nelson's harness should work on both.

 

Had LT1 fans on both my last two trucks without a hint of problems. Sold them to Thiems.

 

i'm running LT1 fans but I picked LS1 because they are going to be newer. As far as I know, they are the same thing.

Ive Always Known Them To Be The Same. Im Waiting On My Ls1 Fans To Come In Now.I WOULD SAY ITS PROLLY ONE OF THE BEST DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR MOD YOU CAN DO.

 

i would have to disagree with that but it is a good mod nonetheless

 

the reason i say that is because you can find efans sent to you all day long for around 100$ , if your on a budget and want a lil mor power and make your engine look cleaner, and run cooler,why not? kinda like a vette servo, for 7$ why not?and there not many mods you can do for 100$ that frees up a decent amount of hp.some people claim to have gained as much as 10-15hp.

 

They were an easy install and still work great!

 

they are similar but not the same. the LS1 fans have didnt shrouds and different blades. same mounting but not same. but yes same harness
