Default ls1 swap

i just bought an ls1 to swap into my 4.3 silverado. it is just a longblock(water pump, intake, fuel rails, injectors, internals). what would i need to get this up and running? also, would my 4l60e hook up to this and hold or will i need a new tranny?

you need the v8 pcm, iirc.
Get the truck pan, truck intake (more torque), truck CAI, tune, and a different bellhousing on the trans I believe, along with engine mounts.

But I havent swapped......YET!

someone with more experience can enlighten you better.
