did you get rid of the 4.8L Austin ?? I need for when I blow this one up ..

All together the swap took us about 25-30 hours over 3 days. Once I figure out what limited slip to put under it, I will go to the track. I need to start working on some footage for the LS1 truck video.
Hey 03GMC. I'll be coming back to Houston a few times this coming week. We should meet up as Im driving through Willis.

SierraSport, I still have the 4.8 sitting in my shed. I plan on keeping it around for a little while just incase something bad happends to the LS1. Im sure I will put it up for sale eventually.

It does feel a little lighter going into corners, but it might just be a mental thing. I did notice the front end came up about 3/4". Now its not level cause it sits alot lower in the rear

Nice job man, I'm just glad I have a 5.3L in my truck that way I would only be a bus lenth behind you instead of two, lol.
