LS6 intake track results....

Look into the weiand street warrior intake. I wouldn't buy one until people start running them with different set ups and see their results.

No intake is going to help what happens when you move the IVC point past 40° ABDC.... say if you have a 220°+ cam on a 112°LSA...
The cam has to match the intake and the APPLICATION, but I forgot ***** size and cam size are inversely proportional around here. Luckily not having one means I don't have to "make up" for something.

honestly i have no problem with lowend on my truck, and i run a 220 cam... Lowend loss is usually in the tuning.... Besides my converter more than makes up if there was any loss...

I wanted to state again, i mainly did this mod to clean up the engine bay, which i still have alot of work to do... The mod did not make me any slower, plus it help my IDC, cause i put in bigger injectors... So since it performs the same but looks 10 times better, i think I will keep it... Also I really wanted to see what it would do... Since i have a 4.8 and most people usually just swap it out for a bigger motor, no one really sees how fast you can make it... I will be swapping to a 6.0l after christmas, because I think am about topped out now....

I saw a test comparing the LS6, LS1, LS2 and Truck intake on an LQ9 and the LS6 and truck intake were almost identical on power. They said it wasn't worth the trouble to swap them out. The LS2 was crap and even with a 90mm TB it put down lower numbers than the LS1 intake.
