LT's for 2wd and 4wd

Default LT's for 2wd and 4wd

Im looking to buy a set of long tubes for my 99 silverado z71. The seller knows there for a 99-up 2wd but dont know if they'll work on my 4x4. any input guys? Thanks

How old are they? What brand?

I know that stainless works has different part #'s for 2wd and 4wd so there must be some difference but I am sure you can get them in there with a ding or two.

The newer pacesetter fit both 2 and 4wd trucks.

Yea, it all depends, not all 2wd headers fit 4wd trucks. Alot of guys waited a long, long time for Pacesetter to release headers that fit 4x4's, the original design fit 2wd only. I wasn't aware that StainlessWorks had different part numbers for 2 and 4 wheel drive, I don't think that the did at the time when I test fit mine for them. (they only list them for 03-06, but I know that they'll fit a 99, as long as you delete the EGR)

Maybe if you can get the brand and part number you'll be able to find out if they'll work for you.
