Yeah, I'm gonna pick up a couple flowmasters I think. If I dump the exhaust at the rearend, would it be loud in the cab. Right now I have the exhaust going out the side in front of the passenger tire, but don't think I have room for mufflers and going out the side.

Yup, the voltage should constantly fluctuate from around 100 mV , high oxygen content = lean mixture, to 900 mV , low oxygen content = rich mixture, during closed loop operation. Look to see if you got a steady high or low voltage, in closed loop, or a inactive signal like a steady 450 mV. It shouldn't be steady in closed loop.. I also believe the heater circuit is straight up 12v.

Like he said, if you do see that one of the O2's is reading a steady voltage after warmup you probably have a bad sensor. Wait until the engine warms up to start looking at the O2 readouts.

The O2 that was bad in that 2002 truck would only max to about 550, but would still switch. The O2's still switch in OL too btw.

for what it's worth i also had a o2 sensor goin out on my 00"rcsb and it was causing some decent low end power loss as well. changed it and she ran a 13.7@99 with just bolt ons and some 4.10's.
